Active Basildon
What is Active Basildon?
Active Basildon is made up of people and organisations that have a desire to develop and promote sport and physical activity for the benefit of the District.
Active Basildon includes representatives from the local authority, schools, clubs, sports facilities, primary care trust, volunteer networks and wider community groups such as disability and older people organisations. This list of members is not exhaustive and the "make up" of the group is based on local interest and need.
The network develops ideas on the best ways to tackle local issues together so that more people can become involved in sport and physical activity.
If you would like to attend the Active Basildon meeting please contact Wayne Davies on 01268 465444.
