Winter Cold Prevention
Vitamin C is excellent for preventing and treating colds. Boost your Vitamin C levels this winter - oranges, bell peppers and broccoli are excellent sources. This is particularly important if you are a smoker, since smoking a cigarette breaks down the same amount of vitamin C as an orange!!!
In addition, Vitamin A is also great for the immune system - sources include carrots, sweet potato and spinach.
